I am the mother of two children.
Son Brett lives in Florida where his passion for cycling can be fulfilled year 'round. He has a house; perhaps a family is just down the road.
My daughter, Dawn, and her husband, Matt, were married in
1997. My life as a grandparent began in January 2000
when Brandon was born. I am enthralled as I observe him,
guided by Dawn and Matt, growing into the adult he'll someday
be. When Brandon's around, my camera's not far away.
He'll no longer pose for picturetaking, so shots must be taken
without his notice, before he turns away. His imagination
is always engaged as he emulates people he's seen -- perhaps
the "air conditioner guy" or the "painter guy." His best
buddy is his dad. Together they work on their mowers or
bikes or paint the shed.
